Once installed, the SNAP application can be found in your start menu under 'Scout'. Navigate there and run the SNAP application
Under the 'Setup' tab within SNAP, you will see 3 fields that are required. This information can be found in the 1st Welcome email that you received from topShelf containing your admin username and password.
Username: MAIN ADMIN User
Password: MAIN ADMIN PASSWORD (cannot be changed)
Adavanced Setup: Website: ws.scoutsft.com
After you've entered your information, Click 'Test' to test the connection. If everything is correct you should see this message:
Click 'Save' to save the information into the SNAP tool.
